Processing:

Once I receive your e-mail with the five pieces of information, I first check to see if the site is valid by visiting it (1). I like to check them all out, there are some really nice web sites out there. If I can't get through to the site, I'll write you (5) for clarification. You may have sent the wrong web address or mistyped it. If I cant get through and the address seems correct, I'll try again in a few days to see if there were temporary problems that have cleared up.

Once I find the site, I'll add the link (2) to the specified page(s)(3) in the sections / categories you indicated (4).

I will then write you (5) to let you know the link has been posted. I urge you to review it to be sure all is correct and test it to see if it works.

Tips:

The best way to avoid typing errors with web addresses is to copy them directly from your browser address window (the bar at the top). Visit your site, copy the address, paste the address into your e-mail message to me. Same with the address of the page(s) at southeastclimbing.com you want your link posted on. Visit the page, copy the address from the browser address bar, paste that address in your e-mail to me.

Please put some appropriate message in the subject line of your e-mail message to me like "Please add my link".

Problems:

My link disappeared - From time to time I check all the links. If I find one that no longer works, I remove it from the list or page. If your link disappeared, it is most likely it did not work last time I tested. The address may have changed.

My link address has changed - Please send me the new link address and I'll update the old one.

My link was posted, but I never got notified - Your e-mail address may not have been valid. When this happens, I try to send confirmation to the Contact link at the site. This may not be you.

I sent an e-mail with my link but it never appeared and I never heard back from you - Either I haven't got to it yet, or the web address and your e-mail address we not valid.
