AS OF 3/1/05 - NO DOGS AT HP40
As of 3/1/05 NO DOGS ALLOWED, not even on leash - they must remain
in your vehicle, not attached to any HP40 property. They will need
to be transported by vehicle to designated dog walking area, due
to insurance issues.
Access seems secure at present so long as the park stays in business.
The owners are supportive and promote bouldering. Annual competitions
are held there - Mortal Combat
