<Subject Line>Changes to the Mail List at SoutheastClimbing.com

Hello from Wayne at SoutheastClimbing.com,

I'm writing to let you know of changes I'm making at the SoutheastClimbing.com web site which will affect you. Starting near the end of this month, I will begin to send a monthly e-mail message to persons listed on the Climber Mail page to update you on climbing events, news, and updated information at the web site. I will strive to keep the messages brief by embedding links to the information mentioned.

I will also offer you a chance to participate in simple surveys. I will be asking for one or two word responses to a simple survey question. Replies will be via e-mail. The subject line of the e-mail will hint at the question. For example, You may receive a message titled "Southeastclimbing.com - Where did you climb last?" as the subject line. The body of the e-mail will contain the question:

Q: Where did you climb last? Reply

Responses posted here

When you click on Reply, an e-mail message to wayneb4737@aol.com will open with the subject line "Re:Southeastclimbing.com - Where did you climb last?

Just type where you climbed last and send the message. To see the replies, click on the Responses posted here link or visit the Surveys section of the web site.

Replies to survey questions are not added automatically. I post each one manually to insure accuracy. There may be a delay of a day or two before your reply is tallied with the rest. If this section proves to be popular, I may consider using an automated system to post replies instantly.

If you do not wish to receive a monthly e-mail from SoutheastClimbing.com, you may move your entry to the appropriate section of the Southeast Climbers Registry or have your name removed from the mail list by e-mailing Wayne.

Good climbing,

Wayne Busch
